SLANDEROUS TALK AND FUTILE UTTERANCES
The well known and oft quoted idiom ‘Idle mind is a devil’s workshop’, explains in a nutshell, the detrimental effect of idle thinking to constructive thoughts and creative actions .The idle mind refuses to acknowledge or identify , opportunities and avenues that are available for creative actions and leads to undesirable actions born out of an indulgence with directionless and negative thinking.
However,idle mind is not to be confused with one which is not inclined to exert and apply itself on specific activities even while being immensely enthused to exercise itself with regard to some other activity more in tune with its own natural inclination and propensity.
Physical activity without proper application of mind or commitment could be equated with action sprung from an idle mind.
